1. The Health Club / Gym offer ("the Offer") is made available by The Number UK Limited of Sterling House, Malthouse Avenue, Cardiff Gate Business Park, Cardiff, CF23 8RA ("The Number") and Fitness First Ltd, 68 Fleets Lane, Fleetsbridge, Poole, BH15 3BT

2. By applying to receive the Offer you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. In order to be eligible to receive the Offer you must:

• be a UK resident aged 16 or over, and;
• call 118118 and ask for the "Health Club / Gym offer" or similar, and;
• Call Fitness First to secure your 3 day guest membership between 7th January 2008 and 27th February 2008, 3 days must be taken by 29th February 2008. Or between 1st September 2008 and 29th October 2008, 3 days must be taken by 31st October 2008. One 3 day guest membership per person. 3 days must be consecutive. Includes full use of all non paid for facilities (excludes personal training, sunbeds, beauty, some studio classes). Facilities may vary from club to club, please check locally.

4. Eligibility will be determined by the The Number and Fitness First
in their sole discretion.

5. If you are eligible to receive the Offer you will receive a 3 day guest membership to Fitness First

6. The Number and Fitness First reserve the right to change the offer supplied or to substitute such offer with an alternative of equivalent value at any time. No cash alternative will be offered or provided.

7. The Number and Fitness First reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to change or withdraw the promotion at any time. If this happens we will notify you by posting details on www.118.com.

9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
