My starter was delicious chicken liver and crispy bacon salad topped with a poached egg. My partner s goats cheese and caramelised onion tart was also very tasty, with the crumbliest, most buttery pastry Id ever tasted. Next, a plump chicken breast, served with a hearty butter bean and chorizo cassoulet, and on the other side of the table, tender lamb rump with olive-oil-infused mashed potatoes. To round things off we shared a pineapple, honey and vanilla confit with mascarpone cream and crunchy honeycomb.By day, Bluu is the perfect place to enjoy a little rest and relaxation after a busy day of shopping, and the pavement seating is a great vantage point for a spot of people-watching. By night, however, Bluu transforms into an unashamedly trendy nightspot, popular with the young and beautiful. And, for those who like to burn the candle at both ends, theres a basement lounge where you can sip mojitos until 2am.
