The menu is designed with equal care in order to cater for a variety of dining needs for those on the run as much as those wishing to ponder over their dining experience. Tempting options from the la carte menu, which changes on a regular basis, (correct at the time of going to print) included starters such as baked flat-capped mushroom filled with spinach, ricotta and smoked bacon, and delectable pan-seared queen scallops with a cauliflower pure and a sweet pea cream.
