Sample the local fish of the day (fresh from the market) or one of the excellent beef options. Using certified Scottish beef from naturally fed and specially selected cattle, the dizzying choice of cuts are cooked exactly to your taste on a chargrill one taste and you too will appreciate The Grill Rooms membership of the Scottish Beef Club. Order the 18oz chateaubriand to share the prize-worthy experience with a friend, perhaps with green peppercorn and brandy sauce or a blue cheese dressing. The restaurant is sophisticated without being overbearing, decorated with dark wooden floors, sumptuous drapes and elegant seating. The menu is equally lavish, arranged by award-winning chefs, and can typically include dishes such as the native Cullen Skink, chickrn stuffed with spiced prawns and grilled wild sea trout.
