Since joining 118118 I have found significant increase in telephone orders, to the point where I found the call whisper annoying.

I would definitely recommend 118118 to any new business wishing to generate calls / business / sales quickly.

We were one of the first customers with 118118 and we had a great response and were pleased with the customers.

However, there were some issues which our renewal rep kindly talked us through and sorted out, so we have renewed and are looking forward to another great response for 2008.

2007 was the first year that Croydon MOT Centre Ltd signed up to 118118 Media. We were very pleased with the response and the new growth of work in 2007.

We have signed up again for 2008. The price was very competitive and the renewal rep explained the package very well.
